The AJK is a potential Tourist destination because of its lush green valleys, gushing streams and lofty mountains. Keeping in view this potential, the GOAJK is planning to develop Resorts. Food Courts, Parks and Monuments in the area to create the infrastructure for the Tourists comfort & recreation. In this regard, the GOAJK intends to hire Designing Architects cum Construction Companies for designing and construction of such facilities. Expressions of Interest are, therefore, invited from reputed firms having relevant experience and expertise. The interested firms may submit pre-qualification documents (with technical & financial proposals in separate envelopes) within 15 days of publication of this advertisement, with the following information interalia:

i. Firm's complete profile.

ii. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council/relevant authorities.

iii. List of permanent technical and non-technical staff on firm's pay roll along with qualification and experience.

iv. List of complete project, with cost in last ten years along with client's certificates and letter of appreciation, if any, and also necessary photographs of the works done.

v. Financial statements (Bank Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Report for last 03 years) year wise income tax remittance of the consulting firms.
