Officially established on the 20th of April 2000, China Mobile Communication Corporation has growth to hold a registered capital of  51.8 billion RMB Yuan and assets of over 400 billion RMB Yuan. China Mobile ranks as the first in the world in terns of the network scale and the customer base. By the end of 2005, 100% of the Chinese provinces had been covered by network with seamless converge on the backbone lines and indoor coverage in key urban areas. The total number of customers had exceeded 240 million.

In February 2007. This combined with the service of internationally trained staff, cutting edge technology and dynamic organizational lineage will make it the first of it's kind in the country. Training Officers :
The Incumbent will be responsible for training new hires , measuring and maintaining competencies of the Call Canter Staff and designing / conducting refreshers by achieving KPls and maintaining a high efficiency level. 2 years of working experience in the related field with a minimum of Bachelors Degree however Masters Degree is preferred.

Call Monitoring Officer
The incumbent will be responsible for the evaluation of inbound and outbound sms /fax / email/ calls (Recorded & Live) to ensure that the organization's quality standards are met.
The Incumbent must have 1-2 years of working experience of Call Canter Operations with a minimum of Bachelors Degree however , Masters Degree is preferred.

System & Process Officer
(Evaluation & Improvement of Process):

The Incumbent will focus towards the maintaining and improvement of change requests , services level agreements, designing and re-engineering of processes , workflows ; testing of systems by achieving KPls and maintaining a high accuracy level. The candidates should have 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
A minimum of Bachelors Degree however , Masters Degree is preferred.

(Maintenance & Development of Processes):
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining  processes manual , developing processes and workflows by achieving KPls and maintained a high accuracy level.
The candidate should have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
A Graduate , preferably Master Degree.

The incumbent will be focus towards providing effective and efficient services through automated and interactive customer touch points by achieving KPls and maintaining a high efficiency level. At least 2 years of experience of Call Canter Operations. IT experience will be given added advantage.
A minimum of Bachelors Degree however , Master Degree is preferred.

Customer Care Officers
(Inbound)

The incumbent will ensure a high level of efficient and effective service deliverance by providing the right solution / information to customers over the phone , through email, sms, fax and web by meeting all Targets / KPls. Excellent communication skills required. Relevant experience will be an added advantage. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree required.

Customer Care Officers
(Outbound)

The incumbent 's responsibility is to make outbound calls to the potential customers, increasing customer awareness pertaining to products , promos, sales and / or other campaigns welcome calls and other outbound call as per the business requirement.
