Work Force Management Officer (Adherence Monitoring & Traffic Control): The incumbent will focus towards Inbound / outbound contact traffic control, adherence monitoring and efficient scheduling for the Call Center by achieving KPls and maintaining a high accuracy level. The ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience with strong analytical skills. A minimum of Bachelors Degree preferably Masters Degree. Email address for CV submission: wf1@cyber.net.pk
Work Force Management Officer (Roster Planning , Reporting & Analysis): The incumbent will focus towards development of roster , shift , scheduling , forecasting , capacity planning , monitoring / analysis and development of call Center Operational reports, by achieving must have 2 years of Call Center experience with a minimum of Bachelors Degree. Support Operations Officers (Budget Management) : The Incumbent will focus towards maintaining and managing the Call Center budget, cost control and forecasting of activities for the Call Center by achieving KPls and maintaining a high accuracy level. Support Operations Officer (Complaint Management): The Incumbent will focus towards providing operational support to the Call Center by ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints (Primarily Network Related) by achieving KPls and maintaining a high accuracy level. The candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in call Center Operations. Experience of working Support will be an added advantage. A minimum of Bachelors Degree required. Support Operations Officer (Customer Correspondence & Complaints Management): The incumbent will be responsible for all the Business correspondence which includes letters, faxes, emails, snail mail; also to manage welcome and promotional letters. The individual will be required to make follow up / confirmation calls to customers and to provide clear, complete , correct and concise written responses to customers. An ideal candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in Correspondence (Excellent Written Communication Skills are mandatory) with a minimum of Bachelors Degree however Masters Degree is preferred.
