PREFABRICATED STEEL BUILDINGS PRE-QUALIFICATION

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PRE-ENGINEERED/PREFABRICATED STEEL BUILDINGS CONSULTANTS & ARCHITECTS

1. National university of Sciences and Technology (NUST) plans to under take the planning design, and construction of its new campus in Islamabad. Applications for pre-qualification are invited from leading consulting firms and architects to under take Design, BQs, and preparation of tender documents for construction/supervision of Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Steel Buildings. The leading consultants and architects interested in projects are requested to submit their applications containing the following particulars, duly supported by necessary documents:-

1. Full name, address of the registered office with Telephone and Fax Nos. and office receiving the official correspondence.

2.  Memorandum and Article of Association of the company.

3. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council or any other Government designated Agency / Organization.

4. Particulars of registration with Government, Semi Government and Autonomous bodies showing year of establishment.

5. Bio-data of technical personnel on the payroll of the firm.

6. Details of similar works carried out during the last 5 years duly supported with the documentary evidence.

7. List and cost of projects in hand, including name of client and scope of work.

8. Proof of financial stability.

9. Income Tax certificate for the last three years.

10. Affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted.

2. Only those Firms/Consultants should apply who have previous experience of similar works and have the necessary in house-expertise to undertake various specialized works related to the project.

3. NUST reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason(s) thereof.

4. Any clarification of additional information can be obtained from Deputy Director (Construction) Project Management Office, NUST Sector H-12, Islamabad, Telephone No. 051-9240406-7 on any working day during office hours (except Saturday and Sunday).

5. The applications should reach the undersigned within 15 days of the appearance of this advertisement.
