Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Limited (HRL), 6-K, Block H, Gulberg ll, Lahore intends to engage Consulting Firm(s) for conducting a bankable feasibility study for development of above projects. Consultants with relevant experience interested in undertaking the study may apply for issuance of RFP/TOR against deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) for each project latest by November 25, 2007. HRL reserves the right to reject any or all requests without assigning any reason.
