Response for developing SOPs, CS team, Prepare service contracts and its follow up. Keep Close liaison will customers through inter personal skills and handle any query as part of post sales operations.
Qualifications:

MBA-IT/Telecom or equivalent with 1-2 years experience in customer services.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiar with Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point

Knowledge of IT/Telecom Products is must

Customer Service Executive Job code CS-R1
Responsibilities but not limited to the issuance, tracing, tracking of RMAs, handling of inquiries and resolving customer complaints. Follow up on Service Contract, renewals and recoveries. Work closely with other departments to support customer needs.
Qualification:

BBA/BS in IT/Telecom or equivalent or 1-2 relevant experience is desirable

Excellent computer and communication skills
