Required to independently administer and manage the HR / Personnel Department of a large Corporate in Dubai. Candidates should have the ability to plan for , advertise , interview , select , recruit , train , motivated and manage HR resources , in addition to recommending , formulating , and implementing  HR policies that are a perfect blend of both Corporate guidelines / norms and local laws. Experience of about 10 years in HR including 5 years in a senior position is essential . Should be a post graduate HR / MBA (HRM) degree with proficiency in IT.
