The Job: Responsible for managing the training & development activities of the Bank. Carry out training needs analysis in coordination with Functional Heads, develop, arrange and conduct training courses to cover orientation, product knowledge, sales and customer service, refreshers, computer literacy and supervisory and general management skills. Prepare training budgets and schedules, and coordinate with internal and external training facilitators for delivery of training.

The Candidate: Preferably be a certified trainer with a masters or equivalent degree in social sciences / business discipline. Must have at least 5 years of training management experience including coordination, design & development of training activities and budgeting & costing of training programs. Possess exceptional presentation & communication skills, be able to work with people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds and be conversant with issues of rural development. Demonstrate training skills competencies, adult and distant learning techniques, presentation, discussion, facilitation and observation skills. Have strong PC proficiency. Should be below 40 years of age and be able to manage the function independently.

All the above positions are based at Islamabad.
