Research Analyst / Content Writer

Electronics Government Directorate (EGD) id dedicated cell of Ministry of IT set up by the Government of Pakistan to prepare and implement e-Government projects, provide technical support / advice to different federal government organizations and agencies and prepare standards and guidelines. Currently EGD had openings for following contractual positions:

1. Post : Research Analyst

Brief Duties : Candidates will provide ideas for improving the existing portal architecture, better content organization, incorporating citizen services that are brought online and ideas about latest security technique.

Qualification : MBA IT / Master in IT/4 years Bachelor in Engineering / Computer Science.

Experience : At least 5 years post qualification experience in similar position.

2. Post : Content Writer

Brief Duties : Job requirement in case of web content developer will be to redesign/write contents of portal / web sites, check and rewrite, if required the existing content and write metadata specifications for web sites.

Qualification : MBA or MA English / Journalism / Mass Communication or Masters in IT/4 years Bachelor in Engineering / Computer Science.

Experience : At least 3 years of relevant experience of web content development.
