Tender Charter of Helicopter

1. The Government of the State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites offers form reputed organizations for the long-term charter of a helicopter for tourism operations, for Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). Specifications of the helicopter and terms & conditions can be obtained on payment of Rs. 500 in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft payable to Director General AJ&K Tourism Department, Muzaffarabad.

2. Bids in sealed envelope marked as "Charter of Helicopter" accompanied by security deposit of fifty Thousands Rupees Only (Rs, 50,000/-) in Pak Currency in the form of a Bank Draft in favour of Director General Tourism AJ&K , Muzaffarabad my be submitted at he least by 1200 hours (12:30 afternoon) PST, Friday, February 08, 2008. The tender(s) shall be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present on the occasion.

3. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
