Electronic Government Directorate (EGD) is implementing a project titled "E-Enablement of Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP)" which  is planned to facilitate TCP in becoming more responsive to national needs and to cater modern trading challengers.

As part of the project sealed bids / quotations are invited from the reputed Pakistani IT firms / companies for provision of ERP Software Applications(s) along - with Data Entry & Scanning at TCP, Karachi.

• Bids may to submitted to the undersigned in a SEALED CONFIDENTIAL COVER at the address given below latest by 9th February 2008 by 3:00. The Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 3:30 Pm.

• A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29th January 2008 AT 3:00 PM in the premises of EGD, to answer any queries that potential bidders may have. All queries relating to RFP should have be fixed or mailed to undersigned at least 3 days before the pre-bid meeting.

• The subject RFP may change after the above mentioned Bidder's conference. It is kindly requested to visit EGD's website for any updates.

• Bids that disclose the Financials and / or Bid bond value with the Technical Proposal will be rejected.

• EGO reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender, or to annul the tender without assigning any reason thereof or attracting any penalty.
