Sealed bids are invited for International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) acquisition and associated services with the prime objective of Provision of IPLC between Pakistan (Karachi) and Singapore (Kim Chuan). The firms should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax department.

Interested firms are requested to obtain the detailed RFP on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) from the Finance Division of HEC on any working day. Last date for submission of the tender is February 12, 2008 at 2:30 PM. Tender will be opened on the same date 3:00 PM, in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Higher Education Commission reserve the right to accept / reject any or all bids without assigning any reason at any stage.
