Government Holdings (Pvt.) Limited (GHPL) a fully owned company of the Federal Government is engaged in managing the joint ventures of the Government with various local and foreign, public and private, oil and gas exploration and production companies in Pakistan. The Government is searching for suitable candidate to fill in the vacant position of Managing Director and CEO of the GHPL to be placed in Scale MP-1 of the Federal Government on contract basis for a period of three years.

The ideal candidate for the position would be a self-motivated person with thorough knowledge of oil and gas sector in Pakistan as well as all aspects of exploration and production business including planning investment and monitoring. The ideal candidate should have a degree in petroleum science of engineering management, or finance, with over 25-years experience of senior positions in oil and gas exploration and production.
