Invitation for Expression of Interest from Consultancy Firms for

SHOP INSPECTION

Federal Water Management Cell (FWMC) of MINFAL , intends to engage a consulting firms for 3 Party Validation and stage inspection during manufacturing of bulldozers at M/s. Xuanhua Construction Machinery of Co, Ltd, Huanhua, Herbei, Province, P.R. China.

Consultancy Firms with registered office in Pakistan having relevant experience, interested in submission of EOI for providing said services are requested to submit their Firm's profile at the earliest but not later than 1 March, 2008 indicating:

1. Name and year of establishment of the Consultancy Firm

2. Registration with Competent Forum

3. Relevant experience in Shop Inspection with documentary evidence

4. List of Projects undertaken for the last five years especially shop inspection

5. Information mentioning expertise available with the firm for shop inspection

6. Address of offices in Pakistan ; and

7. Any additional information.

Only short listed firms would be invited for submission of financial proposals for final selection. EOI may be submitted to FWMC at the given address without any obligation.
