PRE-QUALIFICATION

Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority intends to pre-quality HVAC contracting firms of repute for supply of equipment & material, installation, commissioning and testing of HVAC works for their under construction multi-storied Headquarter Building at Islamabad.

Firms having sufficient experience and personnel for carrying out HVAC Works of not less than Rs. 50 Million (PEC registration Category C-1, C-2 & C-3 only), need to apply on the prescribed forms , Estimated cost of Works is likely to be of the order of Rs. 45-50 Million.

The forms may be obtained form M/s Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority Headquarter Green Trust Tower, 6th Floor, Blue Area, Islamabad Phone: 051-9222320 & 051-9206809 Fax No: 051-9220281 on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 1000 to 1300 hours on a written request, on payment of Rs. 500/- ) ( Non-refundable) through demand draft / pay order in favour of PEMRA, Islamabad.

The application form duty filled in all respects along with the supporting documents listed therein, should reach the office of Project Director, Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority, Green Trust Tower, 6 Floor Blue Area, Islamabad. within 15 days after publication of the notice, PEMRA reserves the rights at its sole discretion to reject any application for qualification without assigning any reason thereof. Applications without full particulars are likely to be rejected. If any information furnished by contractor / firm is at any time found to be false, the awarded contract will be liable to be cancelled in addition to any other legal action against the firm / contractor.
