CDA invites Qualification from organization / consortia that have prior experience in similar project for the development of Mixed Use High Rise Buildings on Joint Venture basis, at the following locations in Islamabad.

Blue Area: F-7/G-7, Plot NO. 55-A 245 x 288 ft, 1.62 Acres Parking Plaza Plot 1.05 Acres
Blue Area: F-6/G-6 Plot No. 56-D, 350 x 160 ft, 1.28 Acres

Details of Plot:

FAR (Floor to Area Ratio): 1:8

Ground Coverage: 60%

Basement: 2 or 3 (Only for Parking) (Except for parking Plaza Plot)

Mode of Disposal: Joint Venture Basis

Interested parties having requisite experience as stated above should submit the RFQ with the following information / documents:

Organizational structure with registered official address and particulars of directors / key personnel of the company / consortium.
Nature of business activities of the company / consortium.
Details of experience in undertaking similar projects during the last 5 years.
Financial standing including audited balance sheets for the last 3 years. Organization with a minimum turnover of Pak Rs. 1 Billion and net worth of Pak Rs. 400 Million shall be considered
Developers applying for Plot No. 55-A will be required to develop the adjacent Parking Plaza Plot as a multi-storey parking plaza, reserving some parking space for their firm, while the rest will be public.
In case of consortium, a signed MoU shall be required between principle partners.

A non-refundable submission fee of Pak Rs. 1 Million (1,000,000/-) shall have to be paid to CDA per building in the shape of Demand Draft or pay Order payable to "PMO,CDA, Islamabad.
