Training Needs Assessment (TNA)

 CDA intends to build the capacity of its employees in all spheres of their professionals. In order to assess the current skill set and skill shortages, CDA requires the services of well reputed training institutes, human resource consultancies, HEC recognized universities or consortia with a sound technical footing in conducting Training Needs Assessments.

Organization having a proven record of conducting Training Needs Assessment may download Request for Proposal Document from www.cda.gov.pk . Any queries regarding RFP document may be sent in writing or by e-mail to trainings@cda.gov.pk

Note: Only reputable organization having a minimum of 5 years relevant experience may apply. CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the application and any decision in this regard shall be final.
