National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) , a leading university of Pakistan engaged in quality education and cutting edge research covering a wide spectrum of engineering disciplines, medical sciences management sciences and information technology seeks consultancy from reputed Firms / Individuals to undertake Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and associated restructuring of the university of management and governance on corporate lines including revision of relevant sections of university's Statutes and Regulations.

The interested Firm should have minimum 10 years consultancy experience at nationals/international level with reputed clients and is to furnish details / documents as under:-

• Title of the Firm and organizational structure with permanent address (es) including telephone numbers (s).

• List of professionals/experts with complete profiles.

• Details of present enlistment with Government / Semi Government and private sector departments / organizations with copies of registration.

• Detailed list of recent projects/achievement and major clients with complete profile and supporting documents.
