Application are invited from Pakistani individuals for a challenging position of Chief Executive Officer with a vision to ensure sustainability & Institutional growth of a Trust, working to improve the contribution and involvement of NGO's in the social / development sector.

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overall performance of the Trust and its day to day  management and operations. The operations include but not limited to provide leadership and vision to a team to plan, organize , implement and evaluate Trust, 's Programs efficiently  and effectively, develop networks / linkage with other organizations, civil society groups, development agencies donors and appropriate government functionaries to promote the Trust's objectives. The position requires institutional development vision, which can contribute to the continued professional and technical growth and development of the Trust

The applicant must have post-graduates degree  in Social Science / Economic / Development / Medicine with a minimum of 20-25 years demonstrated experience in the development sector particularly in negotiating and mobilizing resource / funds with national / international donor agencies and understanding of their institutional system and its workings. Experience in Population Welfare will be an add advantage. The position will be contractual and selection will be made strictly on merit. Terms and conditions are negotiable depending on competency and kill of the individuals. The person should be atleast 45 years of age.
