USF Manager Contract

Universal Service Fund (USF) has been created under Ministry of IT to minimize the digital divide between the rural and urban communities through provision of telecommunications in the un-served and underserved areas of the Country. USF is currently looking for a dynamic & experienced professional for the position of Manager Contract. Key Responsibilities and position requirements are given below:

Position: Manager Contract

Qualification : Advanced Degree in Law Advocate High Court

Experience:

1. Candidate must have minimum five years of experience in drafting, handling and negotiating contracts, and reviewing documents relating to title and rights.

2. Experience in large scale contract administration and management

3. Knowledge of government rules and regulations regarding procurement & contracts.

4. Ability to evaluate and analyze laws, rules, policies, procedures and operations.
