INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANTS / FIRMS TO CONDUCT CONTINUOUS SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (CSIA)

1.       Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA), Government of Pakistan, intends to hire a Consulting firm for carrying out a Continuous Social Impact Assessment (CSIA) in earthquake affected areas under its Social Protection strategy. The activity in to be financed by the World Bank under Earthquake Emergency Recovery Project (Cr. 4134- Pak).
2.       The interested firms may apply with following information:

• Name and Address of the Firm/Consortium with detail of contact person (s)
• Organizational strength in terms of technical & non technical staff with their qualification & experience.
• Detail of key personal with requisite qualification & experience.
• Legal status under the applicable law.
• Experience in the relevant field for the last 5 years.
• A portfolio including reputed multinational and public sector clients with renowned projects of similar nature to their credits.
• Financial status -annual turn over in US$ for the last 3 years.

3. The proposals (three sets) addressed to Director (Procurement) Room No. D-207, ERRA Prime Minister's Secretariat (Public), Islamabad must reach this office upto 29th March 2008. For details , TORs may be downloaded from the website www.erra.gov.pk.

4. Only short listed Firms will be issued RFP inviting Technical and Financial Proposals.
