CRM Siebel Functional Consultant

• Masters or Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
• Capacity to find out technical solutions so Siebel 7.8 related to business problems.
• Minimum 1 Siebel end to end life cycle implementation experience would be beneficial.
• Skills in functional analysis, business process design, gap analysis and integration design required.
• Good understanding of Siebel Ul and integration components.
• Siebel 7 and / or 8 certification is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a process oriented, fast-paced, team environment

CRM Siebel Technical Consultant

• Masters or Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
• Ability to direct Database / Linux Administrators on platform / database requirements.
• Managing infrastructure dependencies and coaching infrastructure resources on environment configuration, risk, and setup procedures.
• Ability to maintain user profiles and security profiles.
• Hands on experience of installing Siebel on database and web servers.
• Ability to make available environment for performance Testing
• Ability to coordinate backups and restores.

ERP Oracle/SAP/PeopleSoft Functional Consultants

• Masters or Bachelors degree from a recognized university or a qualified Chartered Accountant.
• 2 to 3 years of experience of implementing Financials / SCM / HRMS modules of Oracle / SAP / PeopleSoft ERP solutions.
• Certifications and / or Training on the solution are required.
• Hands-on experience of at least 2 successful implementations.
• Good business analysis and functional design skills required for at least one of the functional areas.
• Ability to lead and handle work streams independently.
• For Oracle / PeopleSoft experience in Banking and Telco will be given preference and for SAP experience in Oil & Gas Sector will be given preference.

ERP Oracle/SAP/PeopleSoft Technical Consultants

• Masters or Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in implementation of oracle ERP / SAP and/or PeopleSoft solutions as Applications DBA / Technical developer / System Integrator.
• Should have hands on experience of installation, configuration and implementation of Oracle / SAP /PeopleSoft Solutions.
• Certifications and / or Training on the solution are required.
• Hands-on experience of at least 2 successful implementations.
• For Oracle / PeopleSoft experience in Banking and Telco will be given preference and for SAP experience in Oil & Gas Sector will be given preference.

Business Development Manager

• Masters or Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
• Good understanding of management consultancy business.
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of professional business development experience in consultancy services selling, particularly with public sector and Financial Services clients.
• Proven track record in meeting assigned sales targets.
• Must have immaculate presentation and communication skills to be successful in this role.
