Applications For Grand Of Permission For Installation of PETROL PUMPS / CNG STATIONS On Park Road, Islamabad.

Capital Development Authority, Islamabad invites applications for granting permission to the private land owners who wish to establish petrol pumps / CNG Stations on Park Road, Islamabad. Those who are interested to seek permission for installation of petrol pumps / CNG Stations on Park Road are required to comply with the following procedures:

The following documents may be attached with applications:

1. Location plan of proposed site of petrol pumps / CNG Station where permission is requested. The size / dimension of plot must not be less than standards of NHA, Ministry of Petroleum, and OGRA.
2. Ownership documents i.e. Fard Jama Bandi / NHA lease agreement, Aks Shajra of land duly attested by Tehsildar, ICT Islamabad.
3. Agreement with Oil Marketing Company (OMC) and OGRA whichever is applicable.
4. NOC from General Manager Sui North.

The design and building infrastructure to be raised for the petrol pumps / CNG Stations should conform to the bye-laws and standards of Oil & Gas Companies, Ministry of Petroleum, OGRA and Building Regulations of CDA. CDA shall examine and evaluate the applications in the light of Building Use Regulations, status of the existing and future services and traffic management. The successful applicants would be required to pay land use conversion fee @ Rs. 500/- per sq.yd. and annual departmental charges @ Rs 10,000/- per year.

Last date of submission of application is 20-04-2008. A non-refundable scrutiny fee of Rs. 50,000/- will also be deposited in favour of CDA through pay order / bank draft along with the application.

Applications are to be submitted to the Director Regional Planning, CDA, Facade Block-II, G-7/4, Khayaban-i-Suhrawardy, Islamabad up to 20-04-2008. No application will be entertained after this cut of date. Applicants who have already applied, may not apply afresh. However, applications may be updated with all above requirements.
