EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

For Provision of Services for Patchwork on Motorways Through Mobile Asphalt Plant

1. National Highway Authority invites Expression of interest (EOI) from interested firms for pre-qualification for patchwork on Motorways through Mobile Asphalt Plant with allied equipment, which shall be capable of cutting the asphalt surface upto desired depth, laying of Hot Mix Asphalt and compaction of freshly laid material by rolling.

2. The companies are required to submit the following documents to enable NHA to assess and evaluate the qualification of firms as per weightage indicated:-

1. Detail of firm/joint venture, profile and experience (5%)
2. Proposed methodology, that how the company will proceed with the said task and particular experience alongwith detail of equipment (60%)
3. Financial capabilities of the last three years (10%)
4. Personal capabilities with bio-data of key personnel duty signed (10%)
5. Valid PEC Certificate (10%)
6. Litigation History (if any) (5%)

3. The Expression of Interest (EOI) of the applicants shall be received in the office of the General Manager (Motorways) NHA Balkassar upto 1400 hours on 09-04-2008

4. Tenders shall be called from pre-qualified firms only, which will contain the date of submission and opeining of bids.

5. National Highway Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the proposals without assigning any reasons.
