Application are invited from Pakistan Nationals, for the following project funded positions on contract basis.

Sr. No: 01

Name of Post: Sr. Monitoring Officer / Sr. Project Manager

Pay: Rs. 50,000-60,000 / pm. ( Plus 5% annual increase as per PC-1)

Qualification / Experience: Master Degree or equivalent (16 years education) (at least 2nd Division) in Basic / Natural / Social / Management Sciences / B.Sc. (Engr. Civil) from HEC recognized University / Institution. Minimum five (5) years of experience having at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience in public or private sector related to project design , management , financial management, monitoring and evaluation of projects pertaining to Public Sector Development programs. Person having good understanding of development plans, monitoring & evaluation of development programs , good report writing skills in English and advance use MS-Office will be preferred. Name of Post: Database Management Specialist

Pay: Upto Rs. 45,000/- per month (Plus 5% annual increase as per PC-1)

Qualification / Experience: Master Degree or equivalent (16 years education) (at least 2nd Division) in any of the IT / Statistics / Engineering or any relevant discipline from HEC recognized university / Institution. Four (4) years of relevant experience is require in managing the Database related software's / websites. The candidate must be full aware with the latest tools / software of Database like My SQL, Oracle, SQL, C , Net etc. Experience to develop Database driven software shell be given preference. Name of Post: Data Analyst

Pay: Rs. 35,000-40,000/- p.m. (Plus 5% annual increase as per PC-1)

Qualification / Experience: Master Degree or equivalent (16 years education) ( at least 2nd Division) in any of the Social Sciences / IT / Statistics or any relevant discipline from HEC recognized university / institution. Minimum four (4) years of experience is required in the field of data collection , compilation and reporting experience in development sector and research based organizations, High proficiency in use of professional computer packages is essential. Name of Post: Programme Development Officer

Pay: Rs. 30,000-40.000/- per month (Plus 5% annual increase as per PC-1)

Qualification / Experience: Master Degree or equivalent (16 years education) (at least 2nd Division) in Basic / Natural / Social / Management Sciences / IT or B.Sc. (Engr. Civil) from HEC recognized University / Institution having at least two (2) years of ec\experience in the field of monitoring in public or private sector related to project monitoring and evaluation of projects pertaining to public Sector Development programs. Person having good understanding of development plans, monitoring & evaluation of development programs , good report writing skills in English and advance use of MS-Office will be preferred. Name of Post: Asstt. Project Manager

Pay: Upto Rs. 15,000 - 20,000/- per month (Plus 10% annual increase as per PC-1)

Qualification / Experience: Bachelor degree (at least 2nd Division) in any of the Basic . Natural / Social/ Management Sciences / IT or any relevant discipline from HEC recognized University / Institution. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in public or private sector organization of good repute. Person working against the same position will be preferred. (Details at HEC website)

Name of Post: Office Assistant

Pay: Rs. 10,000 - 13000/- per month (Plus 10% annual increase as per PC-1)

Qualification / Experience: B.A / B.Sc / B. Com. (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University / Institution with two (2) years of work experience in Public / Private sector organization of good repute. Advance use of MS-Office is must.

Name of Post: Data Entry Operator

Pay: Upto Rs. 12,000/- per month (Plus 10% annual increase as per PC-1)

Qualification / Experience: Graduate (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University / Institution with one(1) year of relevant experience of data entry. Advance use of MS-Office is must.

Only eligible candidate will be called for test / interview . written test of the eligible candidates for the posts at Sr. No. 1-5 will be conducted through NTS. Selected can be posted anywhere in Pakistan and may be assigned to any other approved project of HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications it may also be noted that beside the salary no other facility (like housing , car, conveyance allowance telephone, medical etc) will be admissible to the selected candidates. No TA/DA will be admissible.
