LEAD IT AUDITOR (JRE14912)
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent with professional qualifications such as, CISA, CISSP or other equivalent Certification in IT. (prefer CIA also), . 10 years exp. in IT Audit Area including reviewing large scale integrated Business applications (prefer Oracle system), . Extensive experience in auditing Novell, UNIX, Window, NT, Firewall and operating systems.. Candidates should demonstrate: Strong interpersonal skills, Effective oral and written communication skills and good coaching and group leadership skills.. Candidates should have excellent command over English language and Arabic language is preferable.
Role: Leading role in value-added IT Audit / Integrated audit. Using latest techniques in reviewing large--business application systems, IT security, Operations Systems and IT Operations,. Conducting IT Audit reviews in large scale Integrated ERP environment, highly technical areas of current / emerging technologies including Internet, Intranet, ecommerce, Information Security, firewalls and Operating systems. Applying latest tools to ensure database integrities,. Using network penetration tools to test network integrity. Responsible for Pre-Implementation Tests of IT Project. Responsible for reviewing the work performed by IT Audit team for accuracy. completeness, relevancy and adherence to standards. Developing draft audit reports by identifying and gathering support for potential issues and recommending value added solutions. Communicating audit results to different levels. Training and Development of IT auditors.
LEAD AUDITOR (JRE14914)
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Economics / Business Management / business administration / engineering / computer science, preferably with Professional qualifications such as CIA, CA & CPA. 10 years varied experience in Internal Audit in a large organization, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry out of which at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Full exposure to integrated computerized accounting, Oracle Financial and MIS, . Candidates should demonstrate: Strong interpersonal skills, Effective oral and written communications skills and good coaching and group leadership skills. candidate should have excellent command in Arabic and English language.
Role: Manage and lead audit assignments in order to independently appraise business activities in a professional manner and provide objective Recommendations to Senior Management. Audit review of financial, administrative, commercial, technical and management processes to ensure compliance with company goals. This will include management of risks and effective and economical use of company resources. Audit review of large projects, Special contracts and Operational audit assignment, . Performs Fraud investigations and forensic audit. Applies internal audit standards and best practices in the audit assignments, . Preparation of Risk-based Audit plans and schedule audit assignments accordingly.
JOINT VENTURE AUDITOR (JRE14917)
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Managements or equivalent degree, preferably with professional Certification of CPA and / or CIA, . A minimum of 10 years experience in performing JV Audit preferred in oil and gas operations of which at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in utilizing current FASB pronouncements, GAAP and auditing standards. Candidates should demonstrate: Strong interpersonal skills, Effective oral and written communications skills and good coaching and group leadership skills. Candidates should have excellent command in Arabic and English language.
Role: Conduct reviews of Oil and Gas Operations / Joint Interest activities. Candidates will develop, coordinate, conduct, report and monitor the results of the joint venture audits and other audits and other audits and other audits as required. Independently conducts / leads / participate as a team member in the audit of specialized JV projects involving significant risks. Capable of reviewing consortium and related agreements and gives advisory opinions to protect the interest of the company. Provides guidance, monitoring and training to other auditors and team members. Activity participate in the annual audit risk assessments and audit planning process.
