TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Interested parties can bid for all or any of the above-mentioned categories/sub-category.

2. All bids must accompany Bank Draft(s) Pay order @ 3 % of the bid money as bid security in favour of Foreign Trade Institute of Pakistan, Islamabad.

3. Preference will be given to authorized representatives of branded equipment and warranty of one year offered.

4. Tenders indicating item(s) on the envelope(s) should reach the undersigned in sealed cover(s) latest by 18-04-2008 before 11:00am. Tender will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am by the Purchase Committed of FTIP in the presence of bidder(s) who would be present in the office.

5. G.S.T. and all other taxes will be in responsibility of the suppliers(s).

6. Successful bidder(s) will have to supply the item(s) given at serial number 2 and 3 withing fifteen (15) days and item(s) given at serial number 1 within thirty (30) days from the date of acceptance of the bid(s). Bid Security will be returned to the successful bidders once the guarantee period is over.

7. Purchase Committee of FTIP reserves the right to accept/reject any tender partially or totally without assigning any reason.

8. Detailed specifications of the item(s) can be obtained from the undersigned on any working day between 10:00am to 2:00pm.
