Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) invites expression of Interest for the development of Mega Housing Schemes of row houses/apartments in and around Islamabad.

PHA would welcome the proposals from well reputed firms (local or multinational) interested to take part in the development of Housing Schemes using Modern Construction Techniques like System Built Construction/slip Form Construction. / Tunnel form construction or any other economical, sustainable and energy efficient rapid construction technology.

Proposals must be based on following details.

1. Technologies involved in the construction  of apartments / row houses

2. Cost analysis in term of per Sft using latest techniques for flats having areas 1100, 900  & 700 Sft. Cost comparative for Ground 3 & Ground 9 Storeyed flats.

3. Time lines for completion of about 3000 apartments.

4. Financial / Technical viability.

The interested firms/ multinational companies should submit their proposals to the undersigned on or before extended date i.e. April 25, 2008.

PHA reserves the right , in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all expressions without assigning any reason thereof.
