1. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of Rural Finance Sector Development Project (RFSDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of his loan to payments under the contract name above.

3. National competitive Bidding will be conducted accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: Single at the address given below on all working days.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document at the address given on all working days.

5. The Bidding Document, in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 500/- in the form of a demand draft favoring ZTBL. The document will also be sent by courier services for an additional amount of PKR 800/- ZTBL will accept no liability in case of loss or late delivery of documents.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 07 May 2008 3:30pm. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened at 3:30pm in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given below.

7. ZTBL will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of bids.
