1. Teachers: M.A / M.Com / M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, English, Computer Science, Accounts, Business Studies, Urdu, History, Geography, Islamic Studies (very good in English and can lead the Juma Prayers) and Pakistan Studies Salaries for Science subjects Dhs. 4,000/- p.m and for other subjects Dhs. 3,000/- be adjudged on qualification, experience, interview and the result of written test.

2. Transport Incharge: He should be able to control 20 buses for the students and 10 years experience in this field. Preference will be given to those who have diploma in Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.

3. Mechanic: He should know about the engine of Daewoo buses and must have diploma in Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.

4. Physical Training Instructor: He should be a qualified PT, Sports instructor who can manage the Games and discipline of students.
