Appointment/Engagement of Firms/Companies for Computerization of Documents/Records of FBR (HQs) and Field Offices

Federal Board of Revenue invites sealed bids envelops from reputed Software Developers firms/Companies having experience in the following work, as specified in the Function/Technical document available on FBR website.

"Document Management System with Digital Archiving of all files/records, drawing and other official manuscripts available in FBR (Hqs.) and its field offices".

Interested Software Developer firms/ Companies may obtain the tender documents containing Function/Technical requirements from the office of Chief (Admn.), FBR (Hqs), Construction Avenue, Islamabad, on any working day during the office hours upto April 25, 2008 or download from the FBR Website.

Duly completed tender documents with relevant proof of experience in the relevant field in a sealed envelope (Technical & Financial Proposals) alongwith 2% earnest money in shape of Pay Order in favour of DDO FBR (Hqs.) Islamabad may be submitted in the office of Chief (Admn.) FBR (Hqs.) Constitution Avenue, Islamabad by 1200 hours on May 10, 2008. The Technical Proposal shall be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in Conference Room on 3rd floor, FBR (Hqs.), Islamabad in the presence of representatives of firms who may wish to be present.

The Financial Proposal of the technically qualified software developer firms/companies shall be opened in the presence of their representatives. However the technically non qualified company's financial proposal shall not be opened and returned unopened.

FBR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons thereof and no claim whatsoever in this respect shall be entertained.
