We are currently looking for talented personnel for our Marketing and Development Department to be based in our Pakistan Office, situated in the Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad.

BID WRITER / MANAGER

You will be responsible for leading complex bids through the bid process, creating value, maximizing margin and mitigating business risk. Therefore you a proven track record of constructing successful tenders.

Exceptional communication skills are a must.

As well as the Bid Writer / Manager this role will take on the responsibilities of knowledge management within the company. You will own the bid documentation library and will be required to communicate its contents to the bid team. Additionally you will implement and manage internal sales / bid process management process to assist directors in analyzing sales growth consistency.

You will be responsible for:

• Management of all tender bid and pre-contract activities.

• Work closely with directors in bid planning, responsible for overall bid progress and the efficient use of company resource.

• Work with a virtual bid team to ensure deadlines are met, approvals obtained and compelling customer propositions are created.

• Handover and presentation of tender bid to UK client services team and compelling customer responsibility as a key stakeholders in the effective of bid / project to benefits realization.

• Implementing and subsequent maintenance of bid / project lifecycle database.

• Implementing sales pipeline tools for management of opportunities and simple reporting - S&M pipeline data, client contracts history etc:
