In Azad Jammu & Kashmir

Under the Azad Jammu Council Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Adaptation and Extension of functions to Azad Kashmir) Act 2005, Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) has mandate to improve the standards of information , news , education and entertainment for the people of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

Expression of Interest (Eols) are invited for the issuance of FM Radio licences in the cities of Azad Jammu & Kashmir from the companies incorporated in AJ & K under Companies (Adaptation) Act 1992.

Interested companies may submit alongwith company profile , location of station, source of financing and a bank draft amounting to Rs, 10,000/- (non- refundable processing of financing fee) in favour of PEMRA, Islamabad within 30 days of publication of this advertisement.

Short listed companies shall be asked to submit formal application for the grant of licence.
