INSTALLATION
OF CHAIRLIFTS / CABLE & DCC (FUL) MONORAIL SYSTEM
IN AZAD JAMMU & KASHMIR

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir intends to install Chairlifts / Cable on "Design Consult" basis to provide recreational facilities at following places of tourist interest.

1. Saran - Pir Chinassi
2. Sudhan Gali- Ganga Choti Area
3. Banjosa - Dothaan. Tolipir Area
4. Neela Butt- Bhorbun Area
5. Jandi Chontra- Banhser Area
6. Other Potential Areas of AJK

In additional the above , installation of Mono Rail devices for townships and snow bound places / land sliding areas along with main roads in the Neelum & Jhelum Valleys is also a part of the Project.

Consultancy Firms of International repute & experience associated with Foreign Firms having experience in relevant fields are required to submit proposals for such key project / projects. The job will include.

Part 1: Survey & Feasibility Study

Part 2: Master Planning , Design & Preparation of PC-1's

Part 3. Implementation / Execution on Turn Key Basis.

The interested Firms are required to submit their technical proposals for all the three parts with methodology and work plan and Financial Proposals for the first two parts alongwith following documents.

1. Registered name of firm & address along with related registration documents and latest renewal letter.
2. Articles of Association / Memorandum of Association of the Firm.
3. Name of the international associate and supplier with letter of association.
4. List of Hard-Core experts and qualified personnel with complete Bio-data
5. Detail of projects completed in last Five years with documentary proof.
6. List of projects in hand having estimated cost. name of clients and scope of work
7. Proof of strong financial position along with income tax certificates of last Five years.
8. Affidavit that Firm was never black-listed
9. List of litigation cases if any.

• Proposals (only in English language) must be delivered to the address below upto             15th May 2008 either by courier service or in  person.
• The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
• Un-sealed applications or those received via Fax / E-mail shall not be accepted.
