The mission of Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) is to strengthen and support community organizations and public interest institutions of Pakistan for the benefit of poor and disadvantaged sections of society for sustainable development through a participatory approach. SPO works nationwide out of seventeen offices and its work includes capacity building of community based organizations women organizations and local body institutions civil society network strengthening , providing access to basic education and humanitarian response in case of emergencies. SPO has trained community  groups from all districts of the country and has worked in 77 districts across four provinces and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. SPO offers challenging opportunity to those who believe in its mission and see their work as a commitment rather than a job.

Following positions are to be filled at SPO office Muzaffarabad , Azad Jammu and Kashmir at the earliest.

1. Team Leader (One Position)
2. Programme Officer Sustainable Livelihood (One Position)
3. Programme Officer, Disaster Preparedness and Risk Reduction (One Position)
4. Programme Officer Gender and Education (One Position)
5. Social Organizer (Six Positions)
6. Medical Doctor (Two Positions)
7. Counselor (Two Positions)
8. Paramedics (Two Positions)
9. Finance and Admin Officer (One Position)
10. Admin Assistant (One Position)
11. Finance Assistant (One Position)

The prerequisites for all above-mentioned positions are relevant experience of working in development sector for position 1 to 5 years positions 2 years for positions 6 to 8 is 3 years for position 9 is 3 years and for positions 10 to 11 is 2 years strong interpersonal skills good verbal and written proficiency in English and Urdu, computer literacy and mobility across the country.
