E-Enablement of TCP - ITB

RE-TENDER FOR E-GOVERNMENT PROJECT

for the Development / Provision of Software Application under "E-Enablement of Trading Corporation of Pakistan"
Electronic Government Directorate (EGD) invites sealed bids / quotations from reputed Pakistani IT firms / companies for Post-SRS Gap Analysis, Development / Deployment of Customized Software Applications and related Licensed Software along with Data Entry & Scanning at TCP, Karachi.

• Detailed RFP documents are available on EGD's Website: www.e-government.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk

• Bids may be submitted to the undersigned in a SEALED CONFIDENTIAL COVER at the address given below latest by 20th May, 2008 by 3:00 pm. The Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 pm.

• A pre-bid meeting will be held on 12th May 2008 at 2:30 pm in the premises of EGD, to answer any queries that potential bidders may have. All queries relating to RFP should be faxed or mailed to undersigned at least 3 days before the pre-bid meeting.

• The subject RFP may change after the above mentioned Bidder's conference. It is kindly requested to visit EGD's website for any updates.

• Bids that disclose the Financials and / or bids Bond value with the Technical proposal will be rejected.

• EGD reserves the right to accept the lowest or any tender, or to annual the tender without assigning any reason thereof or attracting any penalty.
