1. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Multi-Sector Rehabilitation and Improvement Projects in AJK Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract of Multi-Sector Rehabilitation & Improvement project in Azad Kashmir Jammu and Kashmir. Bidding is open to eligible bidders who will fulfill the requirement s mentioned below and from eligible source countries of the ADB.

2. The Director General Local Govt. & Rural Development Department. Azad Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir under Multi-Sector Rehabilitation & Improvement project (MSR&IP) "Roads and Bridge" (Suspection Bridges) here in after referred to as ("The Employees") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the

1. Construction of Jeepable Suspension Bridge over Nallah Pantal , District Sudhnoti,

2. Construction of Foot Suspension Bridge Hudi Jokan over Nallah Batar, District Bagh,

3.  Only eligible bidders with the following key qualification should participate in this bidding.

• Who has three years experience to contract similar work.

• Who has financial annual turn over greater than cost of contract.

• Who can provide technical staff as per requirement.
