The Government of Pakistan has established Alternative Energy Development Board to promote develop and facilities Renewable Energy Technologies by acting as one window facility for establishing RE projects with special emphasis on Biomass / Waste to Energy and small hydropower projects. AEDB is pursuing and extensive plan for the execution & implementation of Biomass / Waste to power generation and small hydropower projects with the collaboration of private investors in the country. In this regard , AEDB invites interested national & international firms / companies with detailed experience / expertise for the execution & implementation of Biomass / Waste to energy and small hydropower projects to submit their Expression of Interest. These projects are proposed to be implemented at 20 cities

Companies meeting the following criteria may apply for selection  as approved Waste to Energy and Small Hydro Power Solution Providers.

1. Company should have expertise in carrying out feasibility studies design develop assemble and manufacture complete Waste to Energy and Small Hydro Power plants

2. Company must have practical experience of installation fof Waste to Energy and Small Hydro Power Plants.

3. Company should have minimum five years of working experience in the same field.

Interested firms meeting the above criteria may apply with complete details of the firm its directors , technical staff manufacturing facility, collaboration if any experience and details of previous woks for pre-qualification and registration as the "Approved Waste to Energy and small Hydropower Solution Provider."

The application along with supporting documents and a pay order in PKR (equivalent to US$ 100/- Non-refundable) drawn in favor of AEDB, must teach consultants AEDB P.O Box1089, GPO Islamabad within 15 days of publication.

• Incomplete or late received applications will not be considered.

• AEDB reserve the right to reject any or all applications assigning any reason thereof.
