As a part of capacity building programme and to meet the challenges of new dimensions of securities business, Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) is seeking high performance senior management professionals. The candidates for the following positions should have a minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience along with related degree's / professional qualifications from renowned institutions.

a. General Manager (Operations)

The position will be responsible for the day to day operational and administration activities of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementation of securities laws and market rules and regulations.

• Assisting MD in strategy, product, regulatory issues.

• Liaising with SECP on business and regulatory issues.

• Coordinating with associated companies of the Exchange such as CDC and NCCPL

• Leading special projects as required particularly the demutualization and corporatization process

• Strengthening and implementation of Trade-Licensing regulations

• Development of new product regulations.

b. Manager Finance

The position will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the financial activities of the Exchange Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the preparation of statutory and management accounts as well as budgets

• Developing sound financial policies and controls and streamlining existing processes.

•  Financial modeling , planning and decision making particularly relating to placement of funds, taxation and accounting issues

• Leading finance related projects, particularly the financial aspects and demutualization and corporatization process.

The ideal candidates should be either a CA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA Finance, Familiarity with capital markets would be an added advantage.
