VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

PPAF is an apex institutional of the country responsible retail capacity and outreach of private sector civil society organizations microfinance institutions and leasing companies engaged in the challenge of poverty reduction. Sponsored by the government of Pakistan and funded by bilateral and multinational donors, PPAF represents an innovative model of public - private partnership.

Applications are invited from well qualified exceptionally competent and highly motivated professionals to fill up the following Islamabad based positions:

Manager- Credit & Enterprise Development
(Commercial Finance / Capital Market)

Responsibilities:

• Establish relations with the commercial banks and assist in developing working relationships with MFI's / MFB
• Effectively deal in commercial finance / capital markets equity placement and financial instruments for MFI
• Conduct desk and field apprisal recommend financial assistance prepare credit plans with partner organizations & finalized agreements
• Implement and monitor the activities of the projects in line with the project goals & objectives.

Experience and Qualification:

• Sound experience of commercial finance / capital markets equity placements and financial instruments
• Masters or equivalent qualification preferably in Business administration with major in Finance
• Minimum 8 years working experience in the commercial / capital markets

Management Executive - Credit & Enterprise Development
(Commercial Finance / Capital Market)

Responsibilities:

• Masters or equivalent qualification preferably in Business Administration Economic / Finance
• Minimum 4 years credit related working experience preferably with a Bank / Financial Institution or MFI / NGO

All positions require excellent team work strong inter-personal communication report writing computer skills and willingness for extensive travel all over the country. It is imperative that all above mentioned educational qualification must have been acquired from HEC recognized institutions.
