PETROLEUM
ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

This is Site based position with a 14 days rotation and is the part of Zamzama gas plant engineering support team reporting to the Sr. Engineer (E&I).

Accountabilities and responsibilities include to support the production operations department by implementing modifications to existing equipment; recommendations for design & installation of new equipment and carrying out RCFA; put in place strategies to improve the availability / reliability of the instrument, electrical and communications systems; assure maintainability and operability of field production facilities and gas plant.

4-5 relevant years of experience working in the oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry; gas production facility equipment and operations; hands on Experience in maintenance and repair of DCS and PLC based systems; preference to be given to personnel's having hands on experience on Delta-V, Hima and SIS systems; knowledge and experience of maintaining custody transfer equipment and software such as KIMS; working experience on Denial / ABB GC and Flow computers would be an add advantage; hands on Experience in maintenance and repair of HT and LT equipments including power turbines, Switch gears, transformers; experienced in the use of engineering standards, corrosion monitoring, vibration analysis and condition monitoring; knowledge of CMMS, technical integrity & maintenance Strategies; strong technical and good English communication skills; B.Sc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
