EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

United Nations World Food Programming (WEP) invited suppliers/Firms/Companies for the provision of various non-food items (e.g. Stationary, toners, paper, computers, printers, electrical & cabling mobile phones, tyres & tubes visibility material, security equipment etc.) and service (e.g. building maintenance, office equipment servising, internet construction, architect, cleaning & janitorial etc).

The Registration forms are FREE OF CHARGE and can be collected from the Procurement Unit located at House # 3, Street # 2, F-8/3, Islamabad or by sending e-mail to islamabad.procurement@wfp.org on any working day (Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45 and Friday 12:30).

Interested Suppliers/Firms/Companies must indicate a particular category. (Preference will be given to suppliers who are specialized in their respective fields or area of business). The following documents must be accompanied with the dully filled registration form.

1. Company's Profile
2. Photocopies of your membership with trade organizations (if any)
3. Verifications of your company's bank account on the letterhead of your concerned bank.
4. Supporting documents of business with other UN/Multi-national Organization.

The expression of interest must reach World Food Programme's Vendor Management Committee not later than June 02, 2008 1645 hours. Incomplete applications received after due date, shall not be considered. WFP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of WFP's authority, as to whether or not the supplier(s) is eligible to pre-qualify, shall be final and binding.
