ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Minimum qualifications required is M.Com / MBA / MPA / MIT / MA or MSc (Economics) from an HEC recognized university with at least CGPA (3.5) or 2nd divisions with minimum 55% marks.

• Applicant must process excellent Computer skills.

• Maximum age should not exceed 28 years as on May 25, 2008.

TERMS OF SERVICE

• The selected candidates may be inducted in the regular cadre of DG-II on merit basis.

• The candidates can be posted any where in Pakistan.

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP) will conduct the whole process of Recruitment and Selection in following steps:

• Short listing of applicant

• Written Test of the short listed candidates comprising of the following three parts:

English writing and comprehension

Math, logical inference

General knowledge and knowledge about banking

• Group discussion

• Final Interview
