HIRING OF EMINENT EDUCATIONISTS
AND RESEARCHERS

Applications are invited to hire Eleven (11) retired but Active Eminent Researchers / University Scholars having Ph.D degree for appointment on contract basis under the HEC project "Expansion Program for Hiring of Eminent Educationists and Researchers having Ph.D. Degree" for teaching and research on the following terms & conditions:

• The tenure of the contact shall be for two years subject to annual performance review at a fixed salary of Rs.50,000/- per month.

• The selected scholar shall have to seek placement in a Public Sector University / Degree Awarding Institute for teaching / research for the period of the contract.

The selection of the scholars will be on the basis of:

1. Total years of their experience and active research in University / Degree Awarding Institute / Research Organization / Industry.

2. Quality and number of their refereed National / International publications only is HEC recognized journals.

3. Number of Ph.D / M.Phil Students supervised.

4. Research funding won at National & International levels.

The scholars who have already completed their two year tenure as HEC Eminent Scholar are not eligible to apply.
