RFP - PAIMAN

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Pakistan initiative for Mothers and Newborns (PAIMAN) is a five years Project funded by USAID for improving maternal and newborn heath in the Country. PAIMAN is seeking proposals to conduct evaluation of its key mass media interventions for the Behavior Change Communication (BCC) Component of the Project in 3 designated districts (Sukkur, Jaferabad and Rawalpindi) of Pakistan. The purpose of this requested for proposals is to select a research agency that fulfills PAIMAN's criteria to execute this research. The technical proposal must be submitted in English, with an attached sampling frame, budget (broken down by specific research activities), timeline and signed CVs of all allocated staff.
