Manager Treasury Operations (Back Office)

The individual will be responsible for efficient management of the Treasury Operations including FX & Money Market (Bonds & T Bills), CFS & capital markets and settlement in compliance with the statutory requirements/SECP regulations.

Responsibilities Include:

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in settlement of deals performed by the Treasury Front office.
Ensure smooth coordination and reconciliation with the treasury Front-Office and middle office operations.
Ensure processing of mark to market of all securities and proper recording of FX/MM transactions, their accruals / premium amortization.
Ensure adherence to internal & external regulatory guidelines; and fulfills all SBP/SECP reporting requirements in timely and accurate manner.

Candidate's Profile:

Must at least be a graduate with 7-9 years of banking experience out of which at least 5 years in Treasury back office.
Good understanding of money market operations, equity and foreign exchange, CFS business and its settlement process, CDC and NCCPL operations.
Computer literacy is a must.

Manager Information Technology

Responsible for smooth and efficient functioning of the Bank's IT system and other IT operations, Manages and provides solutions for in-house developments as per business requirements and provide support to end users for any system requirements. Provides support for effective operations of all network and infrastructure ensure LAN/WAN connectivity at all times and minimizes downtime by conducting routine checks and trouble shooting. Ensure contingencies are well planned and staff is trained adequately.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage the bank's IT Systems and coordinate system support, which includes the network infrastructure and the Help Desk, to ensure smooth and effective IT Operations. Liaison with various business segments to understand their requirements and develop solutions to suit their business needs. Conversely, should also be able to drive change from the business and operations perspective by putting forth innovative ideas.

Candidate's Profile:

A master's degree in IT with 6-8 years experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
An understanding of Network Topologies, Hardware and Application Development are essential elements.

Manager IPO / SCRA Accounts

Position Profile:

Should have a clear understanding of Special Convertible Rupee Accounts.
Thorough understanding of Foreign Exchange transactions including equity, repatriation of Foreign Investments.
Should posses sound knowledge of IPO process, Right Shares, Bonus Shares and CDC operations.

Responsibilities Include:

To manage the portfolio of SCRA accounts in accordance with the rules and regulations of SBP and SECP.
To handle investments from aboard in equities and their disinvestments.

Candidate's Profile:

Must at least be a graduate with 6-8 years of banking experience out of which at least 4 years in the relevant area.
