PRIDE Project and the American Refugee Committee (ARC) are looking for the following qualified health service providers and management support positions to be placed in Bagh District to support the Department of Health to effectively deliver Essential Obstetric Care Services.

1. Health Service Providers

Gynaecologist (1 Post)

• Minimum requirement DGO but preference given to MCPS or FCPS.
• Responsible for providing Essential Obstetric Care services in Bagh District Headquarters Hospital and supervise the team providing services.

Male Medical Officer (5 Posts)

• Minimum requirement MBBS, registration with PMDC and 1 year work experience.
• Responsible for providing health services and supervising the management and operations of a specified Rural Health Centre.

Female Medical Officers (7 Posts)

• Minimum requirement MBBS, registration with PMDC and 1 year experience in Gynaecology and obstetrics.
• Responsible for providing and supervising the delivery of Essential obstetric Care services in a designated Rural Health Centre.

Lady Health Visitor / Midwife (12 posts)

• Minimum requirement Lady Health Visitor Diploma or Midwifery Diploma with 3 years relevant experience.
• Responsible for providing Essential Obstetric Care services in a designated facility.

Dais (11 Posts)

• Minimum requirement of 3 years relevant work experience.

2. Management Support Positions

Project Manager (1 Post)

• Post graduate public health professional with 3 years relevant management experience.
• Responsible for overall project management and team supervision.

Field Coordinators (3 Posts)

• Health professional with 3 years relevant experience.
• Responsible for monitoring and supporting implementation of project activities with partners.

Field Engineer (1 Post)

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, registration with PEC and 3 years relevant work experience.
• Responsible for implementing repair and maintenance activities at specified facilities.

Infrastructure Rehabilitation Technical Advisor (1 Post)

• Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, registration with PEC and 5 years relevant work experience.
• Responsible for technical oversight and management of repair and maintenance activities at specified facilities.
