CIIT PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS

COMSATS Institute of information Technology (CIIT) Wah Campus invites applications for pre-qualification of reputed firms/vendors/manufacturer for supply of following items / services during Financial year 2008-2009.

1. Stationery / Printing / General Orders.

2. Furniture / Fixtures new & repairs works.

3. Computers Hardware , Software and accessories including printers UPS and networking equipment & repair / maintenance.

4. Office equipments and appliances including copies, fax machines, phone, Gas Heater Geysers etc.

5. Equipment & Components of Engineering Labs.

6. Civil, plumbing, electrical work, air-conditioning contractors, & repair maintenance of campus building.

Interested vendors should submit their " Expression of Interest" along with following information and pay Order/bank draft / postal order amounting to Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable) in favor of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology , Wah Campus latest by 15.06.08.

• Name, address , phone number, e-mail and Profile of the firm / Vendor.

• Proof of vendors registration (Copy of NTN & General Sales Tax)

• Evidence / Detail of work experience during the last three years.

• Performance certificate issued by reputable clients.

• Proof of financial soundness of the vendor in the form of Bank Statement / Certificate (latest).

• Proof of tax paid last year.

• Affidaviton judicial stamp paper that the firm / vendor currently is neither black listed nor litigation with any of its clients.

• Any other relevant information

CIIT, Wah Campus reserves the right to accept or reject any/all applications without any assigning any reason.
