Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

• To develop and implement direct sales plans and objectives in the line with the business plan of the company.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt action on customer complaints with regard to quality of products and services provided by the company.
• To monitor and analyze the sales performance and revenue collection.

Qualification, Experience, & Skills

• Should be an MBA with preferably minimum 3 years of experience of working in similar position in direct sales and promotion, preferably in building material products & Pak Forces as clientele.
• Should have in-depth market knowledge of business and building material products.
• Must have strong leadership and analytical skill.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
