CONSTRUCTION

• PIPING SUPERINTENDENTS / SUPERVISORS / ENGINEERS (CO1): Installations/Fabrications of Under/Above ground pipes. Hydro test/lay-up etc & Tie-ins.

•  MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENTS / SUPERVISORS / ENGINEERS (CO2): Involved in different kinds of mechanical construction works for the supervisors, planning & scheduling, fabrications, installation / erection and inspection testing of various types of static, rotating, packaged equipments, HVAC systems, Atmosphere and Spherical Tanks, Vessels , Drums, Columns, and Tower Internets, Reactors, Fired Heaters (Furnaces), Incineration System, Insulation & Fire Proofing System, Pumps & heat Exchanges, Boiler  Compressors, Desalination and Demineralization Plants.

•  FABRICATION SUPERINTENDENTS / SUPERVISORS / ENGINEERS (CO3) - On Site / Shop fabrication of pipes / Structure / Vessels etc, conversant of Various Fabrication Techniques.

•  WELDING ENGINEERS (CO5): AWS / CSWIP Certified, fully conversant with WPS/PQR initiation qualification, hands on site work (C04) On-site / Shop fabrication of pipes / Structure / Vessels etc, Conversant of various fabrication techniques.

•  ERECTION SUPERINTENDENTS / SUPERVISORS/ ENGINEERS (CO6): Erection of Heavy industrial Plant Structure & Structural Steel in process plants.

• RAGGING (CO7): Knowledge of various methods of Rigging, Jacking and etc, fully conversant of load calculation & critical lifting procedures.

•  HVAC / PLUMBING ENGINEERS (CO8): Installation /Fabrication of Ducts, various Equipment, Testing & Balancing etc.

• CIVIL SUPERINTENDENTS / ENGINEERS (C09): Evaluate the estimates made in the quotes are in order. Implementation of the project most effective and economically with in the budget time and cost.

• STRUCTURAL SUPERINTENDENTS / SUPERVISORS / ENGINEERS (C10): Elevated Structures / Trusses fabrications & Erection

• SCAFFOLDING SUPERINTENDENTS / SUPERVISORS (C11): Scaffolding Design, Construction & Erection Knowledge.

• LAND SURVEYORS (C12): With relevant experience, Knowledge of Modern survey instruments, i.e. Total Station.

• INSTRUMENTATIONS & CONTROL SYSTEMS SUPERINTENDENT (C13): EPC experience in Design, installation, function & check procedures, commissioning of DCS, PLC, SCADA , ESD, VMS and various instruments and analyzers.

• ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENTS /  ENGINEERS (C14): EPC experience in Design, Installation, function & check procedures, commissioning of MV/LV Electrical Eqpts.

• HV TRANSMISSION LINES ESTIMATOR (C15): EPC experience in Design, installation, function & check procedures, commissioning of 400/220 KV transmission lines.

• HV SUBSTATIONS ESTIMATOR (C16): EPC experience in Design, installation, function & check procedures, commissioning of 400,220 KV substations GIS, Breakers and other equipments.

• TESTING & COMMISSIONING ENGINEERS (C17): Testing of substation equipments like GIS, Power Transformers, MCC, Capacitor Banks, UPS, CT/PT, Relay and Protection Systems

• CATHODIC PROTECTION  SPECIALIST / ENGINEERS (C18) - NACE Certified Catholic Protection Engineer, Knowledge of CP Installation and Commissioning.

• COMMUNICATION SUPERVISOR (C19): Certified CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, CWNA, CAWLDS, MSCE, MSCA: Design & Installation of VOIP, WAN, Video Conferencing, premises and wireless Networking.

• INSULATION & FIRE PROOFING SUPERINTENDENT (C20) - Various Method of Fireproofing Different Method of Insulation application, Fabrication of Cladding etc.

QA / QC ENGINEERS / INSPECTORS

• WELDING / MECHANICAL - AWS, CWI, CSWIP 3.1 (Q01)

• PAINTING / COATING - CSWIP Level II / NACE Level II (Q02)

  BS Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline with min. 5 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Power Plant construction project. Exp. in preparation of project QC documentation including ITP's etc., Coordinate, monitor & control site QC activities including stage wise inspection at Project Site, Preference will be given to Saudi Armco / Gulf Experienced Candidate.

QUALIFICATION: Candidates for Managerial position should have Degree in Engineering in relevant discipline with a minimum 10-15 years experience, superintendent 5-10 years and rest of the position 3-5 years relevant working experience. The Candidates having experience in Oil & Gas Petrochemical & Power Plants Construction Projects and experience in Middle East/ KSA will be preferred.
